How do I sign Up for the SeekAdventure Contest?

  • Its simple, first you create an account.
  • To enter the contest for amazing Adventure Travel Packages and other cool prizes, you have to submit your own great adventure video and share your story with us.
  • Just to make sure we can reach you, you must also respond to our e-mail confirmation from your account setup. (We must be able to contact you if you win!)


How do I win?

  • Once you have an account setup you can enter the contest.

    The SeekAdventure Contest requires that you submit a video. If your video receives the most votes in a given contest period, you win. The voting periods for the SeekAdventure Contest are each about two months long, and you can enter or submit your video anytime during that period.  There are certain periods of time where there are no active contests.  Check the "Win" page from the top navigation to see what the upcoming contests and prizes are.

    Even better you can promote your video and get your friends and family to help vote for your video increasing your chances of winning.


How many times can I enter?

  • You only need one account.
  • Once you have an account you can submit as many adventure videos as you wish for the SeekAdventure.com Contests during the submission periods


What Type of Information do you collect and where does it go?

  • If you enter our Contest with a video submission, we will collect your name and e-mail address and some other basic information so that we can contact you if you win and so that we confirm that the contests are proceeding fairly.

Can I have my friends and family vote for my Video Submission?

 

  • Absolutely! In fact we work to make it easy for you to promote your video submission into the contest, to get your video attention and votes. That increases your chances of winning.
  • The videos with the most votes generally win! So spread the word and we'll be glad to help you!


Do I have to create an account to Submit a Video in the Contest?

  • Yup! That's the only way that we can make sure that you get credit for your video if you win.


Do I have to create an account to vote?

  • You can vote before creating an account, but your vote will not be permanently counted towards the contest rating until you have created an account.


I received a confirmation e-mail after creating my account or submitting my video. What's up with that?

  • We have to ensure that you have provided us with a valid working e-mail. So we send you a quick confirmation e-mail after you sign up.
  • Simply click on the link in the e-mail and you can confirm your account. It takes about 2 seconds and helps us keep out spammers. Plus, it gives you a better chance to win.
  • If you do not confirm your e-mail address, your entry into the contest is not complete. So make sure that you confirm the address and click the link!


I submitted a video for a previous Contest. Can I submit a new video for a new SeekAdventure Contest?

  • If you didn't win last time, you can try to win this month as well.
  • Most of the really cool things in life take a little practice; maybe this next video will put you over the top. Don't forget to send a link to your friends to get them to vote for your video!
